The Bogue RV Red Tag Sales Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Bogue RV. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes is intended to comply with all applicable North Carolina laws and regulations and shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Eligibility Restrictions

Employees of Bogue RV, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by touring an eligible RV or Park Model at Bogue RV during the promotional period and completing the official entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the promotion. All entries must be complete and accurate to be eligible.

Winner Selection and Odds

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

Notification

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. Winners must respond within the stated time frame or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except where explicitly stated. Bogue RV reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any required tax reporting will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Publicity Release

By entering, participants agree that Bogue RV may use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, where permitted by North Carolina law.

General Conditions

Bogue RV reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bogue RV ("Sponsor"). Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

3. Sweepstakes Period

9. Taxes

All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. IRS Form 1099 may be issued for prizes over $600.
